Users > Add new
Copy and paste from UT directory to assure accuracy; username is EID.
I typically deselect the Send User Notification box for contributors/authors who will not be uploading directly to the site.
You can either assign Contributor or Author.
Once complete, select blue button on the bottom left labeled Add New User.
